Cellist Caitlin Slusarski has recently completed her second year of her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University where she is studying cello performance with Dr. Brian Snow. At BGSU, Caitlin participates in a variety of ensembles – the BGSU Philharmonia (orchestra), where she has performed a wide variety of orchestral music, including some contemporary music; chamber music, participating in a string quartet her first semester and then a piano trio for the following three semesters; and she was even in a world music ensemble this past semester. She has been a member of the Gamma Omicron chapter of the Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity at BGSU since November of 2021. In 2018, Caitlin was a member of the Cello Choir directed by Mary Walters at the Suzuki Association of the Americans Conference.
She has attended a variety of summer music programs and has played for many community events.
