Charlotte Balaze is a 15 year old from Orange County, California. She began her cello studies as a four year old Suzuki student at the Cleveland Institute of Music and now currently studies with Sarah Koo. Charlotte also enjoys learning chamber and orchestral repertoire at the Colburn School in Los Angeles. In the summer of 2022, she was the winner of the Intermediate Concerto Competition at the Interlochen Arts Camp. Aside from music, she is part of the creative writing conservatory at the Orange County School of the Arts and loves reading, boba, and rainy days.
