Evan Mueller is a 15-year-old violinist and rising Sophomore at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. Evan studies the violin under Desiree Ruhstrat. Like each of the musicians at Ascent, Evan has achieved music-related accolades and honors; however, his favorite part of studying the violin is making music with others. Evan likes playing in the New Trier Symphony Orchestra, the Midwest Young Artist Conservatory Symphony, and in chamber groups and ensembles with peers. Apart from music, Evan enjoys playing basketball and spending time with family and friends.
