Grace Yu is 14, and an 9th grader at Indian Hill High School. She has been playing viola for 4 years with her teacher Joyce Grabell. Grace has been accepted into Cincinnati Junior Strings as well as the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra, and plays at CCM Prep. She has played with the CSO, and at Music Hall. Currently, she has won the Irish Wendell Regional Award, University of Kentucky Viola Award, and finaled in American Viola Society. In her free time, she swims competitively, and loves to paint, read, and ice skate. Grace wants to travel all around the world and hopes to become a doctor.
