Keira is fourteen years old and began studying cello at age 3 with Laura Shaw at the Preucil School of Music in Iowa City, IA. In addition to cello, she also studies piano and flute at Preucil.
Outside of music, Keira competes in fencing where her main weapon is the foil. She has qualified to compete in the USA Fencing Nationals in 2023. She lives with her parents Miho and John and all three enjoy learning the culinary arts together.
