Stephanie Fang is an undergraduate violinist at Peabody Institute where she is pursuing both a degree in music and minor in math. She is also the recent recipient of the Carl Holzapfel Violin Shop Endowed Scholarship.
Stephanie’s first instrument was the trumpet, but she discovered the beauty of violin at age eleven. Since then, she has enjoyed performing and studying at multiple academies and summer festivals including Interlochen Arts Academy, Fei Tian Academy of the Arts, the Music Academy for Young Professionals, and programs by the University of Maryland and the National Philharmonic.
Currently, Stephanie studies with Judith Ingolfsson and has benefited greatly learning from Jaram Kim, Vladimir Zyskind, and Ronald Mutchnik.
