Eastman Artist Scholar Victoria Zhao is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Violin Performance at the Eastman School of Music under Yoojin Jang. She has participated in the Aspen Music Festival, ENCORE Summer Academy, and Orford Musique. Victoria has worked with renowned artists including Paul Kantor, Jinjoo Cho, Robert Chen, Bing Wang, Itamar Zorman, Cornelia Heard, and Joseph Johnson. Her past chamber coaches include members of the Ying, Jack, Ariel, and Balourdet Quartets. She has also performed in masterclasses with violinists such as Alexi Kenney, Daniel Ching, Brendan Shea, and Andrea Cicalese. Through her passion for performance, she strives to use classical music to build stronger communities and inspire the next generation of musicians to uplift others.
